Our client located in Woodland Hills, CA needs a Technical program manager to join their IT business group. This is a contract to hire opportunity. You will manages delivery of the content, budgets, benefits realization, issues and risks for multiple work streams to ensure projects are successfully delivered, links the ISP, ASP, third parties, business roll outs, program reporting, and coordination of UAT and final approval of moves to production. You will have overall responsibility for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
Requirements
• Develops release schedule, work items, and estimates. • Primary responsibility for overall delivery of IT solutions to the business which includes program related delivery management activities such as risk and issue management, financial management, schedule management, resource management, quality, etc. • Aligns business strategy with IT programs. • Oversees management of multiple projects within a program, approves plans and aligns necessary resources and funding • Primary responsibility for all activities included in the conceptual design of either new or extended application capabilities • Responsible for overall adherence to corporate security and privacy policies for the program.
